| The Dallas "Lonestar" Chapter of AFCEA presented a $5,000 STEM scholarship to Neil Wilroy, a student at ITT Technical Institute in Richardson, Texas. Neil was awarded based on his superb academic achievements and continuing education toward a bachelors degree in Cyber Studies. His merits were dually noted by ITT and we are very proud of his accomplishments.

| Colonel Frank A. Richie presented Brad Wilton the Veterans of Afghanistan and Iraq Scholarship. Brad is currently in his freshman year at San Diego Mesa Community College, pursuing an Associates degree in mathematics. He has maintained a 4.0 GPA and is on the Dean’s List. In the Fall of 2012 he will transfer to UCSD to complete his mathematics degree and work on a bachelors degree in Engineering. |

Richie presented Jonathan Kim with the Veterans of Afghanistan and Iraq Scholarship. Jonathan is currently a junior at the University of San Diego, pursuing a degree in mathematics with a GPA of 3.97. He has placed in the First Honors category for two of two completed semesters |
